Cheq Bay Renewables is teaming up with the UW-Extension Ashland County to present its 4th annual solar tour. It is expanding this year to include two days of open sites. The 2019 solar tour will be held on September 28th and 29th. Sites in Ashland County will be highlighted on Saturday September 28th and sites in Bayfield County on Sunday the 29th. More details about each site can be found be clicking on the links below (a few are forthcoming, so check back soon). Here is the list of sites, addresses and their unique attribute and well as our poster and card. The card contains a simplified map of the sites.

- Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa – Air Monitoring Research Site
- Where: Hwy. 2 and Maple St, Odanah (then follow signs to site behind food sovereignty building, Google maps not accurate)
- What: 3.3kW ground mount installed by Bad River Department of Resources Staff
- Why (unique feature): Air monitoring research site, workforce development
